Overview

This section documents applications, processes and reports that enable communication between head office and stores, and from store to store. Their purpose is to eliminate the complex manual processes typical in multi-store environments which reduce efficiency and take attention from key store tasks such as sales and store merchandising. It includes the following sections: -

Section Description
Master File Maintenance Documents all core master file maintenance applications.
Task Management Documents the task management module which enables you to create one off and repeating tasks with scheduled begin dates, defined steps and due dates; targeted at all or a subset of stores.
Store Announcements Documents the announcements application which enable you to create targeted alerts that appear in the home page of a store portal. Use them to communicate simple messages to all or a selection of stores that appear on a nominate date and expire at a later date.
Store Requests Documents the store requests web part which alerts stores to a range of recurring tasks which require action, such as markdown or stock movements.
